Booking Terms and Conditions

Please, forward through the following Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between you (client) and Boundless Adventure (P) Limited (here in after referred as “The Company”), Registered Company Number 88177/068/069 . Please, not that while booking a trip, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as well as cancellation policy and certain limitation of liability. These Terms and Conditions help both parties to resolve any legal or other disputes that may arise during the trip.

1. BOOKING A TRIP

A ‘trip’ refers to any product tours or activities that you buy which includes all Nepal Trekking, Hiking, Expeditions Tibet, Bhutan or other adventure programs. The booking is confirmed once the company sends a confirmation invoice or email to the Client. The date you receive invoice is the point when contract between the Company and the Client comes into existence. Before your booking is confirmed and contract is finalized, the Company reserves the right to increase or decrease brochure prices.

2. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

  • Nepal Trips: We require to pay us 25% of total amount as advance for confirms your trip. (To arrange hotel, Flight tickets and vehicles) We are happily accepting rest of amount of the payment upon your arrival in Nepal, before the trip departure. Some tailor made trips may require a higher deposit or full payment at the same time of trip booking, for your comfortable.
  • Tibet/Bhutan Trips: We do accept for late booking in Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan trip but if we know earlier about it, it would be great for us to arrange every single place. Sometime, difficult to get best Hotel in town and country side if, get late.

Payment Methods:

Booking deposit charge have to pay by client while, you are going to transfer to the Account of Company or by Credit/Debit Card (Visa or MasterCard). Please, follow the information provided on the booking form.

a) Payment by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard, Visa Card and American Express Only)

We do accept American Express card. Please, conform the trip first and complete the details in the form including your credit/debit card details, signature (same as in your passport & Credit Card). b) Payment via Wire/Bank Transfer

Please, email us the bank reference number or remittance slips and sender details once you initiate the transfer. This way is more helpful to figure out the right things.

Note: Amount deposit service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the same time of deposit.

3. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Any cancellation by a Client can be made by writing and acknowledged by the Company. The cancellation charge is determined by the date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents, According to ministry of Labor, If you cancel the trip by your own due to any reason, 30 days before you will get refund 90 %,of your advance, 5 to 15 days before you will get refund 80% of your advance amount, 2 to 5 days 60% of your advance amount,1 day before not able to refund in this case you can postpone your trip or you can recommend your family to used it at any time.

Other hand, if you will arrive in Kathmandu by uncompleted your trip We are sorry, We are unable to refund any amount of the trip.

4. MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

The Company must be notified of any medical conditions or any other mental and physical conditions which may affect fitness to travel at the time of booking. Failure to notify the Company may result the Client being refused to make travel with no right to refund. Some trips may not be suitable for the Client due to pregnancy, physical or mental conditions. It is the Client prior responsibility. The Company is not responsible to provide any special facilities unless it has been agreed by the Company in writing. The Company does its best to meet the Client request such as dietary, but such requests do not form part of the contract and therefore the Company is not liable for not providing these requests. Medical facilities vary from country to country and the Company makes gives no warranties in relation to the standard of such treatment.

5. FLIGHT DELAYS AND CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY:

Please, note that mountain adventures are always changeable due to weather four cast, in mountain regions can cause domestic flight delays. In case of delayed domestic flights, the Company will rearrange accommodation (Guest House) on your request and wallet.However in case of delayed return flights, the client is responsible to the additional expenses including food and accommodation costs. If you wish to make alternative arrangements such as Helicopter flight to avoid flight delays, all additional cost would be your responsibility but We are trying to help you.

Moreover, the company is not responsibility for costs incurred as a result of missed international flight, but will assist to make alternative arrangements wherever possible. Please, also note the company can make some changes in the itinerary due to unexpected situation.

6. INJURIES AND EVACUATION:

Boundless Adventure would not be liable for any injury / health conditions/emotional or other conditions suffered by the Client during the trip. The tour package does not include any personal insurance. Hence, we advise the Client to take insurance package on your own country till 6000m hight, They are covering for medical emergencies and Helicopter rescue.

7. SERVICES MISSED OR UNUSED:

We are wising you never missed and unused our service, We are very flexible, keep following your advice however you feel comfortable and another hand we are more than happy to postponed your trip according to your advice. But you should let us know before then your Nepal arrived.

8. UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Boundless Adventure is keep noted about Political sutitation of  Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet after the you book the trip with us.
