Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking Terms and Conditions of every trip to Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet Please forward through the following Terms and Conditions that given the relationship between you (Client) and Boundless Adventure (P) Limited (after referred to as “The Company”), Company Registered Number 88177/068/069.
Please note that while booking a trip, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, cancellation policy, and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions help both parties resolve any legal or other disputes during the trip.
1. Trip Booking Terms and Conditions
A ‘trip’ refers to product tours or activities you buy, including all Nepal Trekking, Helicopter Tour, Peak Climbing, Hiking, Expeditions to Tibet, Bhutan, or other adventure programs. While filling up the online Booking file, you will immediately get a Booking confirmation invoice in your email, including booking Numbers.
Please check your email or spam email while submitting the online booking form. The date you receive the invoice is when the contract between the Company and the Client exists. Please print the booking confirmation email and bring it with you before your booking is confirmed and a contract is finalized; the Company reserves the right to increase or decrease brochure prices accordingly.
2. Deposit requirement of Booking Terms and Conditions
Nepal Trips: We require you to pay us US$ 200/- minimum or INR 15,000/- minimum of the total amount in advance to confirm your trip through the wire transfer / online transfer (To arrange hotel, Flight tickets, and vehicles).
We happily accept the rest of the payment upon your arrival in Nepal by cash / any cards you have before the trip departure. Some tailor-made trips may require a higher deposit or full payment at the same time of trip booking, but we will consider them through email for your comfort.
Tibet/Bhutan Trips: We accept last-minute bookings in Tibet and Bhutan trips. It would be great for us to arrange every single place. But, an advance is required for more than US$ 200/- per person.
Payment Methods for Booking Terms and Conditions
The booking deposit charge has to be paid by the Client while you are going to transfer to the Account of the Company or to use by Credit/Debit Card, Visa or Master Card, or American Express. a) Payment by Credit/Debit Card (Master Card, Visa Card, and American Express Only)
We do accept American Express cards. Please confirm the trip first and complete the details in the form, including any card details. Himalayan Bank Card Service Nepal will withdraw your cards. They charge you 4% extra on the total amount when you transfer by card.

3. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation by a Client can be made in writing and acknowledged by the Company. The cancellation charge is determined by the date on which the Company or its Agents receive the request to cancel; according to the Ministry of Labor and Tourism, If you cancel the trip on your own within three days before your trip starts, like a tour in Nepal, Trekking in the Nepal Himalayas, Bhutan tour and Tibet tour you are unable to get a refund. Because Everything had been settled, including permits, Hotels, ground transportation, and flight tickets. But you can easily postpone your trip; please Email the Company at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.

4. FLIGHT DELAYS AND CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY:
Please note that hiking in the mountains is always changeable due to weather in mountain regions that can cause domestic flight delays. In case of delayed domestic flights, the Company will rearrange accommodation (Guest House) on your request and wallet. However, in case of delayed return flights in Kathmandu, the Client is responsible for the additional expenses, including food and accommodation costs. If you wish to make alternative arrangements, such as a Helicopter flight to avoid flight delays, all other expenses would be your responsibility. Still, we are always ready to rearrange your trip.
Moreover, the Company is not responsible for costs incurred due to a missed international flight from Nepal but will assist in making alternative arrangements wherever possible. Please note that according to your advice, the Company can change the itinerary due to an unexpected situation.
5. SERVICES MISSED OR UNUSED:
We hope you never miss our service. We are very flexible, so keep following your advice. However, you feel comfortable, and on the left hand, we are more than happy to postpone your trip according to your advice. But it would be best if you let us know before Nepal arrives. (your advance will always be safe with us for your next trip to Nepal, or some of your friends can use it, and you get it from your friends.)
6. UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Boundless Adventure will keep noting the Political situation of Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet after you book the trip with us if required only. The Client’s primary responsibility is to keep updated with any changes. On the website: www.boundlessadventure.com
