Nepal Trekking and TIMS Permits are necessary for every trekker and hiker in Every trekking area of Nepal. It is the rule of the Nepal government and National Parks. If you go to Climb the Mountain, you must have trekking and Climbing permits. If you don’t have one, you can no longer go to your targeted destination from check Post.

Nepal Trekking and TIMS Permits are available from the Annapurna Base Camp. Boundless Adventure organizes the Annapurna trekking and TIMS permits in Kathmandu.
It requires a copy of your Passport, two passport-sized pictures each, and such amount. The Annapurna Conservation Area permit costs Rs 3000/—per person and is valid for single entrances only.
Trekking permits help to keep records, systematize trekking activities, and develop tourism policies. They are also practical for ensuring the trekker’s safety. The government-authorized trekking company provides a TIMS card before leaving the trekking; if you are trekking in the Nepal Himalayas, Nepal Trekking and TIMS Permits are necessary for all trekkers to enter the national park and conservation areas. Why Nepal Trekking and TIMS Permits are required ?

- To keep the trekkers’ records in case they get lost.
The TIMS Permits and Fee
The TIMS Permits Cost you 20/-USA $ per person. You can get every trekking company around Thamel, Nepal Tourism Board, and TAAN at the Thamel counter. You can use it once at a time. It cannot be reused for the next trip or the next person. If you are considering doing two different treks in Nepal, you should get two TIMS and national park permits from the company or yourself.
The trekking Permit fee is required for major trekking areas such as:
Sagarmatha National Park (Also Everest Base Camp Trek) – 3400/-Nepali rupee per person.
Trekking Permit for Restricted Area
Kanchanjunga & Lower Dolpa:
US$ 10.00 per week per person
Upper Mustang & Upper Dolpa
First 10 days, 500US$ and 50US$ every day per person.
And 2000/-Rs Per/person
Permits for Langtang National Park
Nepal Trekking and TIMS in Langtang National Park Permits into the Langtang Valley, Tamang Heritage Trekking, Lauribinayak Pass, or Gosainkunda Trekking Cost – Rs 3000 per person
Manaslu Trekking permits the Cost.
