The best trekking season in Lower Dolpo
From April to July is the best trekking season in Dolpo because Dolpo is a dry area of Nepal, There are not any rainy forest and won’t rain falls during the Monsoon season in Nepal.

Day 04: Trek to Laini (3160 m) 6-7 hrs.
Day 05: Trek to Nawarpani (3475m) 5 hrs.
Day 06: rek to Dho Tarap (4090m) 6-7 hrs.
Day 07: Acclimatization day at Dho Tarap.
Day 08: Trek to Numa La Base Camp (4440m) 6-7 hrs.
Day 09: Cross Numa La (5190m) and trek to Pelung Tang (4465m) 6-7 hrs.
Day 10: Cross Baga La (5070m) and trek to Dajok Tang (4080m) 6 hrs.
Day 11: Trek to Ringmogaon (3733m) 3-4 hrs.
Day 12: Rest Day at Ringmo and a hike to Phoksundo Lake
