The best trekking season in Lower Dolpo
From April to July is the best trekking season in Lower Dolpo because Dolpo trekking is a dry area of Nepal, There are not any rainy forests and won’t rain falls during the Monsoon season in Nepal. You need to fly Nepaljung by Plane and change another plane to Juphal.

Day 05: Trek to Nawarpani (3475m) 5 hrs.
Day 06: rek to Dho Tarap (4090m) 6-7 hrs.
Day 07: Acclimatization day at Dho Tarap.
Day 08: Trek to Numa La Base Camp (4440m) 6-7 hrs.
Day 09: Cross Numa La (5190m) and trek to Pelung Tang (4465m) 6-7 hrs.
Day 10: Cross Baga La (5070m) and trek to Dajok Tang (4080m) 6 hrs.
Day 11: Trek to Ringmogaon (3733m) 3-4 hrs.
Day 12: Rest Day at Ringmo and a hike to Phoksundo Lake
