Booking Terms and Conditions for every trip to Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. Please forward the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between you (Client) and Boundless Adventure (P) Limited (hereafter referred to as “The Company”), Company Registered Number 88177/068/069.
Please note that by booking a trip, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, the cancellation policy, and the limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions help both parties resolve any legal or other disputes that may arise during the trip.
1. Trip Booking Terms and Conditions
A ‘trip’ refers to product tours or activities you buy, including all Nepal Himalayas Trekking, Helicopter Tours, Jeep tours, Peak Climbing, Hiking, Expeditions, Tibet, Bhutan, or other adventure programs. After completing the online booking form, you will receive a booking confirmation invoice in your email, including the booking numbers.
Please check your email or spam folder while submitting the online booking form. The date you receive the invoice is when the contract between the Company and the Client comes into effect. Please print the booking confirmation email and bring it with you, as your booking is confirmed and a contract has been finalized. The Company reserves the right to increase or decrease brochure prices accordingly.
2. Deposit requirement of Booking Terms and Conditions
We operate inbound and outbound tours to Bhutan and Tibet from Kathmandu, Nepal. The following are the details.
Nepal Trips: We require you to pay a minimum of US$ 20% or INR 15,000 of the total amount in advance to confirm your trip via wire transfer or online transfer, or by other arrangements (to arrange Hotel, domestic flight tickets, and vehicles).
Because of the restricted permits, you must pay 50% of the total amount in advance if you go to a restricted trekking area. You will cover the remaining amount upon your arrival.
Note: If you are paying by any card, every Client should cover the transaction/transfer fee at the same time as they transfer. The transfer fee is 4% of the amount. ( Nepali Bank charges you 4% extra for the transfer fee)
We happily accept the remaining payment upon your arrival in Nepal, in cash / any cards you have before the trip departure. Some tailor-made trips may require a higher deposit or full payment at the time of booking, but we will confirm this by email for your convenience.
Tibet/Bhutan Trips: We accept last-minute bookings for trips to Tibet and Bhutan. But it will be higher than usual. It would be great if we could book the trip a month before. However, an advance is required for trips costing more than US$2080/- per person. (Depending on how long you are heading for)
Payment Methods for Booking Terms and Conditions
The booking deposit charge must be paid by the Client either by transferring funds to the Company’s Account or by using a Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). Please follow the instructions provided in the online booking form below.
a) Payment by Credit/Debit Card (Master Card, Visa Card, and American Express Only)
We do accept American Express cards. Please confirm the trip first and complete the form, including any card details. Himalayan Bank Card Service Nepal will withdraw your cards. They charge you an extra 4% on every transaction.

We also have an online payment system. Please follow the link for online banking details. However, you have seen (*) at the bottom, it is necessary to write down the exact things and the name of the trip.
Once you initiate the transfer, please email us the bank reference number, remittance transfer slips, and sender details. This will help us determine what is best for both of us.

3. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation by a Client can be made in writing and acknowledged by the Company. The cancellation charge is determined by the date on which the Company or its Agents receive the request to cancel; according to the Ministry of Labor and Tourism, If you cancel the trip on your own within three days before your trip starts, like a tour in Nepal, Trekking in the Nepal Himalayas, Bhutan tour andTibet tour you are unable to get a refund. Because Everything has been settled, including permits, Hotels, ground transportation, and flight tickets, you can easily postpone your trip without any issues. 4. FLIGHT DELAYS AND CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY:
Please note that hiking in the mountains is always subject to weather conditions, which can delay domestic flights. In the event of a delayed domestic flight, the Company will arrange alternative accommodation (Guest House) upon your request and at your expense. However, if return flights from Kathmandu are delayed, the Client is responsible for any additional fees, including food and accommodation costs. If you wish to make alternative arrangements, such as a helicopter flight, to avoid flight delays, you will be responsible for all other expenses. Still, we are always ready to rearrange your trip.
Moreover, the Company is not responsible for costs incurred due to a missed international flight from Nepal, but will assist in making alternative arrangements wherever possible. Please note that, as advised, the Company may change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. SERVICES MISSED OR UNUSED:
We hope you never miss our service. We are very flexible, so we will continue to follow your advice. However, if you feel comfortable, we are more than happy to postpone your trip at your request. But it would be best if you let us know about 20 days before Nepal arrives. (Your advance will always be safe with us for your next trip to Nepal, or some of your friends can use it, and you get it from your friends.) If we need to refund you, you will lose 50% of the total advance amount.
6. UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Boundless Adventure will keep you informed about the political situation of Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet after you book the trip with us, if required. The Client’s primary responsibility is to stay up to date on any changes. On the website: www.boundlessadventure.com
