Manaslu is still a restacked area. Of course, you can choose whatever you would like for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the menu. But we would like to recommend local food. It is fresh and hygienic. Even though you can get Chinese, Italian, and continental food along the trail, do what Nepalese does.
Manaslu is famous for teahouse/guest house trekking. Mainly accommodation is not a big issue or problem in this region. Everyone can get a twin-sharing-based guest house. Usually, the trails are less crowded, and newly made tea houses are available in such a region. Because of the earthquake of 2015, lodges and teahouses were severely destroyed, but at present, they are fully recovered and ready to serve travelers again. Every tea house has a bucket hot shower and Solar lights for the night, but we suggest you have a headlamp while traveling in the Manaslu Conservation area.
