Exploration day

The itineraries include exploration days depending on the route trekkers take in the Everest area. Exploration days are also known as acclimatization days. Trekkers can also extend their day hike by walking to Nangkar Tshang’s viewpoint at an elevation of 5616m. The views from Nangkar Tshang are more admirable. 

Favorable season for Everest region

Nepal and the Everest region have four significant seasons. Spring and Autumn are the peak seasons, and thus, the seasons are favorable in the Khumbu region. Conversely, Summer and Winter are less favorable for the area. 

Spring 

Spring is a Pre-monsoon in Nepal, starting in early March and ending in late May. It comes after the coldest season, Winter. The weather in Spring is stable, with mild temperatures and clear skies. Everest area wildflowers, including rhododendrons and others, are in full bloom this season, creating the thrill of the journey. The clear skies provide clear visibility of the mountain ranges during this season. 

Autumn

Autumn is a favorable time for exploration in the Everest region. The season is post-monsoon and falls from September to November. Summer

Winter
